The Breezefree screen system is patent protected in the EU and is the subject of patent applications in other countries. Breezefree are members of ACID who have a high profile policy of naming and shaming in national, consumer and trade press. Any infringement of these rights will be pursued vigorously. ACID regularly publishes reports of successful settlements by its' associate lawyers on behalf of its members.
