BREEZEFREE PANEL MATERIALS

Flexible Screen Panels

With the extensive choice of fabrics suitable for use across our whole product range, Breezefree will match your existing equipment and ensure complete corporate consistency is maintained.

Available in a vast spectrum of translucent or opaque colours, all our fabrics are colourfast and chemically treated for water, fire, stain, UV and rot resistance.

200-400gsm Acrylics - mimicking traditional canvas in over 60 colours
100-200gsm Polyesters ­ stronger than acrylic with a finer weave in over 40 colours
120-230gsm Marine Sports fabric ­ strongest lightweight fabric for demanding applications
250-450gsm Polyester reinforced PVC ­ strongest heavyweight fabric for demanding applications
200-500gsm Polyester Breathable Meshes ­ various grades of porosity for wind transmission
300-500gsm Marine grade Clearview PVC ­ for viewing windows
200gsm Stainless Nano-coated Polyester ­ strong and highly stain resistant


Close weaved yarns combat the ingress of soiling and any 'soaking in' of the fabric is further eliminated by chemical impregnation and/or surface coating.

The nano-coating of our 'stainless' polyester offers the best possible stain-free and water resistant fabric for general use across our range of equipment.

Rigid Screen Panels

For use with semi-permanent or permanent arrangements our choice of translucent or opaque rigid panels are tempered and treated for impact resistance and durability:

6-9mm Clear or opal laminated safety glass
6-12mm Clear or tinted toughened safety glass
5mm Laminated PVC in a limited range of colours
5-10mm Polycarbonate in clear, opal and a limited range of colours
5-10mm Impact resistant Perspex in clear, opal and a limited range of colours
5-10mm Satin finished Plexiglas in clear, opal and a range of over 15 colours
10-25mm PVC foam composite in white (sound baffle material)


Rigid panels with SmartScreens are held in position with either D-Clamps or slot-in aluminium or stainless steel frames..
