From small, individual projects, to large corporate rollout contracts we offer design, consultancy, planning, project management, licensing, supply, installation and maintenance services as integral parts of the complete alfresco package. All our products and installations are guarenteed for a minimum of two years and we promise to match or beat any like-for-like alfresco solution. After Sales & Maintenance To ensure correct equipment use and longevity, we provide Operations & Maintenance Manuals to individual sites for you and your staff. We also offer planned maintenance, with optional timed responses and routinely clean, repair and maintain alfresco equipment as required. Design and Project Management Services We offer a complete design service that will give you a true visualisation of your project. After initial consultancy, we can survey your property, develop concepts, provide architectural drawings and artists impressions to help you realise the solution that will tranform your outdoor space. Breezefree then project manage the entire job through to completion so that you can concentrate on running your business.

Breezefree Price Pledge We will match or beat the price of individual items in any UK alfresco solution. Our prices are highly competitive across the whole range of goods we supply. We believe that you will not find other suppliers selling the same product for less from other UK suppliers. We regularly check the prices of competitor suppliers. If we find a competitor within the UK selling the same product that is at a lower price to our standard price then we will reduce our price to match. The product must be exactly the same as ours (brand, model, colour, size etc.) and both we and the competitors must have the item in stock. We match the 'off-the-shelf price' the competitors set, but not a specially negotiated price. The goods must be offered on equivalent terms, so we take into account any hidden extras, such as delivery charges for items that would normally require delivery. We do not match prices with outlets that are not conventional suppliers such as membership clubs, market stalls, duty free shops, mail order catalogues or Internet suppliers. We do not match prices in closing down sales. If you have purchased an item from us and then find the item selling for less from any UK supplier, we will refund the difference. A claim must be made within 28 days of the purchase, this is the date on which the order or purchase is made. Such claims are met on the price checking basis described above. If you place an order by phone from a catalogue or web site, prices are correct at the time of going to press and are subject to increase or decrease. By buying from Breezefree you have the benefit of convenience, quick delivery and guaranteed service. We are unable to verify the availability and comparability of the goods, or the standards of service and support that are offered by Internet and mail order catalogue competitors. Legal/Planning Having trouble understanding what you're allowed to do? Are you baffled by Regional Planning laws and landlords policies? We're here to help and have put together a guide to help you see what's right for your business. Some basic guidelines Any 'development' requires Planning Permission from the regional planning authority. A 'development' would be considered as a permanent fixture to, under, over and onto land. All permanent ground fixtures or electrical cables would usually be classified as a 'development'. Planning Permission may be required even if the land is private, particularly if the 'development' is overlooked by neighbours - to assess impact upon the area. Planning Permission is usually required when the 'development' alters the external appearance of a property. Installation of awnings would usually require planning permission. Equipment that is fully portable would not normally require Planning Permission. Such equipment that is placed outside the owner's land or curtilage (e.g. on public highway) would require Planning Permission and an Street Cafe/Outdoor Seating/Table & Chair Licence. Advertising that is fixed permanently and stands more than 1m high will require Advertising Consent. Advertising that is portable and removable should not require Advertising Consent. Printed awnings that are retractable may not require advertising consent - but this varies greatly depending on the regional planning authority.
